We have several solid document management software solutions available to or clients. docSTAR (Document Storage and Retrieval) is a the solution we recommend for a scalable department by department solution. USArchive chose docSTAR as one of our our two primary solutions to sell for its simplicity, ease of operation and installation and its adaptability to other in-house applications. Cost compared to other products was also a major deciding factor. The other factor was a very special and unique security feature called “AuthentiDate.” This one-of-kind security feature (used only by docSTAR software) timestamps the original document with date/time and exact number of pixels making this a "super original" that can never be modified and will always stand up in court. AuthentiDate Image Marking technology virtually eliminates any possibility of altering documents without detection. AuthentiDate is used by the postal service for their document authentication. AuthentiDate Corporation originally developed the docSTAR software product.
